More than just a leadership guide, Lead to Win offers a candid and practical roadmap for navigating professional growth with intention. Drawing from decades of experience on Wall Street and in corporate leadership, Harris shares powerful insights on building trust, strengthening relationships, and showing up as your most effective self — especially in environments where your voice may not always be the loudest in the room.
The session will include a 30-minute overview of the book followed by 20 minutes in breakout rooms to discuss key themes such as authenticity, perception, sponsorship, and the unwritten rules of leadership.
