    Project Description:
    •    The Project Manager is a contractor position responsible for developing and executing project plans for the Phoenix Sustainable Compliance Plan (SCP) program and Facilities and Engineering projects impacting the Phoenix SCP.
    •    The Project manager coordinates cross-functional teams, ensuring comprehensive planning and optimal execution of plans.
    •    This includes planning, executing, and finalizing tasks according to established scope, timeline, and budget criteria, and communicating progress by preparing status reports.
    •    Working with project teams, the incumbent identifies and facilitates resolutions to critical path barriers, maintains a risk registry and associated contingency plans, including mitigation, resolution, and escalation of issues.
    •    Supports project tasks and teams with passion, innovation, speed, and accountability.
    •    This position will report to the site Director, Project Management.
    •    Works with the SCP Facilities, Equipment and Engineering Workstream Lead to report workstream status and document deliverables of the activities.
    •    Ensure benefits, scope, goals, assumptions, and deliverables are well defined and understood by the team and stakeholders.
    •    Drives delivery of detailed project plans, critical path activities and timing while achieving key milestones in alignment with program goals, benefits, and the goals of the organization.
    •    Manage and lead cross-functional task and/or project teams for Engineering Capital Projects
    •    Manages project/task activities including recurring status meetings and reporting. Tracks risks and issues and drives the resolution of risks and issues through documenting and communicating actions or escalating to appropriate governance.
    •    Drives the development of full-scale plans and timelines including cost and resource estimates with input from all required departments.
    •    Lead team meetings and ensure that meeting agendas and minutes are issued in a timely manner.
    •    Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with/within the team.
    •    Ensure that communications between teams, functional management, senior management, and executive leadership are handled in an efficient, effective, and timely fashion. Issue workstream status reports and update SCP documentation.
    •    Drive consistency in project management tools and templates in line with the Client’s GPS PMO best practices.
    •    Support change management strategy and plans.
    •    Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans, escalate potential impact on plans and timelines, and ensure execution to closure.
    •    Foster high performance teamwork and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    •    Responsible for capture and communication of key learnings between workstream teams taking advantage of available knowledge management tools.
    •    Perform project activities with agility and urgency to assure project success (Phoenix SCP Strategies).
    •    Performs other tasks as assigned.

    Our client is a mid-size, fast-growing software product company that provides Software and Solutions to the Insurance Industry.

    The company operates in an onshore-offshore model with a workforce of around 200 employees split evenly between the two shores.

    The company is looking for  SME who can review existing processes, and procedures and come up with customized SOPs, job aids that help improve their efficiencies and work culture, in general.

        Delivery Management Process SME
            Develop a view of which tasks and procedures are onshore vs offshore.
            Build standard project plans w/ key milestones by proj. persona at task level (propose where to – smartsheets, etc)
            Develop how-to guides (SOPs) including processes, templates, handoffs, and naming conventions for Planning, Delivery, and Postproduction Support​
            Include task level view (vs. role level view)​ for items like wizards, templates, integrations
            Identify opportunities to streamline our implementation processes (e.g. FL < ~30 days, FS < 90 days)​
            Recommend Role Quality Guidelines & Conformance Measurement Plan. That can be best practices on KPI’s / scorecards for roles (what to measure and how), including OKRs and client expectations

    Project Description:
    •    Support the design, development, and execution of all Global Leadership Team Engagement Touchpoints (GLT Annual Meeting, G100 Quarterly Meeting & GLT Quarterly Cohorts).
    •    This individual will oversee planning and execution of projects of various sizes as it relates to the various GLT Engagement Touchpoints, providing rigor to all initiatives acting as driver, creator, and coordinator for all elements of project documentation, stakeholder connection and delivery utilizing standard project management practices and templates to deliver on intended outcomes based upon identified requirements.
    •    The Project Manager will collaborate with applicable members of Enterprise Learning, as well as identified core and extended team members, steering committee, and other potential stakeholders to understand and anticipate project needs.
    •    Project Management
    o    Ensure project deliverables (including but not limited to Project Charter, RACI, Risk Log), schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental best practices across their assigned project(s).
    o    Manage calendar of team leader to ensure there is timely execution of projects and initiatives.

    IT Governance Leadership
    Responsible for the IT Governance process through which University leadership cooperatively develops and establishes IT strategy and policy.
