Project Description:
• The Project Manager is a contractor
position responsible for developing and executing project
plans for the Phoenix Sustainable Compliance Plan (SCP)
program and Facilities and Engineering projects impacting the
Phoenix SCP.
• The Project manager coordinates
cross-functional teams, ensuring comprehensive planning and
optimal execution of plans.
• This includes planning, executing, and
finalizing tasks according to established scope, timeline, and
budget criteria, and communicating progress by preparing
status reports.
• Working with project teams, the incumbent
identifies and facilitates resolutions to critical path

• Lead project team(s) to execute on

practices across IT.
• Provide support to IT BPs and DCMs in
management of project financials, vendor management and
procurement.
• Collaborate with ITBPs, DCMs &
Portfolio Managers on business case development for DC
investments, translating PM experience & insights into
improved estimates and outcomes.
