Program Excellence (PMEx) Application

Questions can be referred to Louis Vazquez at

1. Anyone can nominate a PMEx.
2. Any program with some or all team members located in NJ.
3. Program Team members can be anyone except PMINJ Board Members.
4. PMINJ affiliation not required.
5. Programs of any type and size are eligible. Public or Private.
6. Program can be in any phase of completion.

The nominator must identify the following:

• Reason for Nomination
  Briefly introduce the Program and provide context of value. Summarize the key points why the program deserves the PMINJ Program Excellence Award.
• Alignment with Organizational Goals
  How does the program align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Programs should contribute to the strategic success of the business.
• Demonstrated Excellence:
  Highlight specific examples of the successful program outcomes, emphasizing accomplishments, objectives met, and overall success.
• Innovation and Best Practices:
  Describe innovative approaches, methodologies, or best practices implemented emphasizing the impact on program outcomes.
• Impact on the Community or Industry:
  Outline how the program has made a positive impact on the local community, industry, or organization.

The nominator must ensure there are no restrictions on the use of submitted information and permission has been obtained for the use of copyrighted materials included in the package.

Additional supporting documentation must be uploaded to our website using the following file format and naming convention.

• Additional program artifacts
  Zip all files together and upload as one file.
  Name the file: 83652_ProgramName_Artifacts.zip
  No spaces, dashes underlines, ... Project Name = TheProjectToEndAllProjcts

Do NOT include SPACES in the file name. The file will NOT be recognized.
