Project of the Year (POY) Application

Questions can be referred to Louis Vazquez at

1. Anyone can nominate a POY.
2. Any project with some or all team members located in NJ.
3. Project Team members can be anyone except PMINJ Executive Board Members.
4. PMINJ affiliation not required.
5. Projects of any type and size are eligible. Public or Private.
6. All of the project was completed last year (not just a phase), and accepted by the customer.

The nominator must ensure there are no restrictions on the use of submitted information and permission has been obtained for the use of copyrighted materials included in the package.

Additional supporting documentation must be uploaded to our website using the following file format and naming convention.

• Letter of completion
  The customer must create a letter in PDF format and upload.
  Name the file: 83652_ProjectName_Completion.pdf
  No spaces, dashes underlines, ... Project Name = TheProjectToEndAllProjcts
• Additional project artifacts
  Zip all files together and upload as one file.
  Name the file: 83652_ProjectName_Artifacts.zip
  No spaces, dashes underlines, ... Project Name = TheProjectToEndAllProjcts

Do NOT include SPACES in the file name. The file will NOT be recognized.
