Mission
To bring together the Project Managers with interest in
Empowering Women in Leadership in New Jersey to learn, network
and discuss Project Management and female leadership.
The group is established to help promote the PMINJ chapter and
augment other Women in Project Management groups.
Scope
The Empowering Women in Leadership LCI will work in
cooperation with the PMINJ Chapter to provide additional value
to PMI members and people in the community with a specific
focus on Women’s Leadership activities. The LCI will provide a
forum to share common interests and challenges, share
experiences related to the growth and development of female
leaders, discuss trends associated with Women in Leadership,
and learn from other project management professionals in
leadership roles.
