We encourage members with the interest and desire to share with like-minded members to establish a "Core Team" and create an LCI. The LCIs provide a valuable benefit to PMINJ members that focus on sharing common issues, knowledge, and best practices within its self-defined discipline.

The Agile LCI creates a forum for professional development opportunities for individuals and organizations to network, collaborate, share knowledge and experience in the area of Agile practices. These include, but are not limited to Scrum, eXtreme Programming (XP), Kanban, etc. under the agile umbrella.
The Business Analysis LCI brings together Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other professionals involved in or working with business analysis across New Jersey. Our mission is to create a collaborative forum where members can network, share experiences, and discuss emerging practices in business analysis in support of advancing the practice of business analysis and project management.
The Creative in PM LCI is organized to connect, develop, and empower creative and project management professionals by fostering collaboration, leadership growth, innovation, and operational excellence at the intersection of creativity, business, and project delivery
The Career Networking LCI teaches and facilitates Networking to support personal and professional growth, engage career coaches and experts to provide guidance in navigating the job-search process, and promote exposure to career and business opportunities.
The Constructioin LCI aims to bring together professionals who share a passion for the construction industry, providing a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and professional development.
The Women in Leadership LCI brings together the Project Managers with interest in Empowering Women in Leadership in New Jersey to learn, network and discuss Project Management and female leadership.
The Life Sciences LCI creates a forum for project management professionals with an interest in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnology, and healthcare / medical organizations) to network, collaborate, and share knowledge and experience.
PMINJ is working with several colleges and universities to establish student groups.
Toastmasters mission is to empower project managers and professionals by enhancing their communication and leadership skills through the proven Toastmasters framework. We are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic environment where members can develop their public speaking abilities, refine their leadership qualities, and advance their project management competencies.
The Veterans LCI will provide a forum for Veterans and their supporters.

Mary Devon O'Brien was recently appointed into Pathfinder Inc.'s 1998 "Pathfinder Wall of Fame" in recognition of her significant long-term contributions to the project management profession. A wall plaque will be displayed in the main lobby of Pathfinder and will read "Pathfinder Inc. Proudly Recognizes the Following Exemplary Career Professionals for Their Outstanding Contributions to the Advancement of Project Management Technology."
Again, the Outstanding President of the Year was awarded to Mary Devon O'Brien at PMI's Seminar/Symposium on September 7, 2000, in Houston.The Outstanding President of the Year was awarded to Mary Devon O'Brien at PMI's Seminar/Symposium on October 8, 1999, in Philadelphia.
The Outstanding President of the Year was awarded to F. Nelson Woomer (NJ's Past President) at PMI's Seminar/Symposium on October 4, 1996 in Boston. PMI VP David Pells, PMP, acknowledged Nelson's leadership, organizational and management initiatives while leading the NJ Chapter.
