With many of our members in transition, the chapter recognizes that a job search can be a lonely process. The aim of the Work Search Buddy program helps ease the “lonely” aspect of the job search process by providing the ability to partner with another PMINJ member who is also in the hunt for a new job. The program has been modified to allow more concentration on the support of the search and is a great way to connect and learn from other chapter members.
PMINJ offers free and personalized mentorship to PMINJ members. The program provides guidance to working project professionals and is available to all chapter members. Our chapter’s latest LCI serves members in construction. This initiative aims to bring together professionals who share a passion for the construction industry, providing a platform for sharing knowledge, networking, and professional development. The goal of the LCI is to equip professionals with the necessary skills to drive efficiencies in projects, which will have a positive growth effect across the industry. Are you interested in working with thought leaders in Business Analysis (BA)? We are looking to (re)establish a Business Analysis LCI within the Chapter in 2025. You will join a forum to share common interests and challenges, share experiences, techniques, ways of working, and trends within Business Analysis. There will be opportunities to network and build relationships with business analysis leaders and PMINJ members with similar interests to your BA career objectives. Gain experience with knowledge sharing content such as meeting/event presentations by actively participating and contributing in the BA LCI meetings.
