Cate Murray

As Director of PMO Solutions, Cate is responsible for managing the nationally-based talent acquisition strategies of the Apex Systems PMO and Business Analysis Practice, including leading the efforts for supporting the needs of our clients’ PMO. She develops competitive strategies to effectively build and maintain a strong candidate community. Throughout her 15+ year career in talent acquisition, Cate has performed various roles within recruiting and management including leading the delivery function of our Ohio markets and managing a team of skill-based recruiters. Cate is PMP and CSM certified and is affiliated with numerous professional networking and leadership groups. She is a Professional Development Author for MSSQLTips.com, a Speaker at PMI® Professional Development Day events and chapter meetings, and a Speaker on the Project Summit*Business Analyst World conference series.

 Erica Woods

As the Director of Consultant, Philanthropy and STEM programs, Erica’s focus is on overseeing programs and resources that support and add value to their 4 core Cs (Candidates / Job Seekers, Consultants, Clients and Communities), including survey programs, development offerings, communication channels, technical tools, and more. Erica also oversees corporate philanthropy efforts and acts as an evangelist for various STEM programs / nonprofits. She has 15 years of experience in the IT staffing world and an MBA from Loyola University. She is a Professional and Career Development Author for MSSQLTips.com, presents at various communities, including SQL Saturdays, Code Camps, PMI PDDs, BA World conferences, and provides internal and external Team, Attitude and Performance Coaching. Erica is a Co-Founder of ‘Baltimore Techies for Good’ and Co-Founder / Co-Organizer of the Tampa Tech4Good Meetup group, a program of TechSoup which helps nonprofits with technology and marketing.
