Topic: The difference and /or similarities between a PM and a Scrum Master (SM) or Product Owner (PO)

Description: 
As a Project or Program Manager you have great skills and years of experience working with all types of teams in many industries. However, what happens when your employer fully embraces Agile and Scrum which does not have a defined role for a PM? In this session Nitin and Bob will show you how your skills and experience could be applied to Scrum team roles. You will leave the session with a deeper understanding of the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles which may help you understand where your PM skills can be leveraged.
