Topic: How can Scrum Masters’ and Agile Coaches help your team(s) be more agile?

Description: 
During a recent ADG Lean Coffee, a question about Agile Coaching was asked and everyone participating thought it would be helpful if we could dive a little deeper on this topic. Even if you missed the Lean Coffee you could find this topic to be helpful whenever you find yourself working with Agile Coach(s) and Scrum Master(s).

The distinction between a Scrum Master and Coach appears to be fuzzy to some when they work with teams. What are the competencies expected in each role? Is there a “one size fits all?” How would you pick?

Come learn about a few models of Coaching and how it may impact you, your teams or more!

The attendance at the ADG meetings have been steadily increasing as members recognize the quality of the programs and as we raise the cap on the number of registrations that we allow.  At a recent meeting, we had our highest number of attendees with 92 participants.  Therefore it is very possible that attendance will exceed the 100 maximum attendees that our Zoom account allows and those who attempt to join the meeting may not be able to enter.

Both Nitin and Bob are Agile-certified coaches and core Agile LCI enthusiasts.  They each have been speakers at our chapter’s monthly meetings.
 

Description

The group meets on the last Wednesday of the month. Each meeting will have a specific topic for discussion.  The meetings will be conducted virtually and will be facilitated by a veteran Agile practitioner(s).  To help foster an engaging experience and get the most benefit out of the discussion group, all attendees are encouraged to actively participate and not just listen and observe.

 

Cost

This is a free program for PMINJ Members only. However, you must register to attend. Only register if you are certain that you will be attending since the number of attendees is limited.

NOTE: We allow over-registration for this event.  Attendance will be limited to the first 100 people who join the web conference.
