Have you wondered what are the different AI focus areas? Are “AI” based projects different from typical projects? If so, what does good governance of AI projects look like? Does a project management office need to be structured differently for AI projects?
The team at New York Life has answers to the above questions. Deb Grace, VP of Operations and Yue Cheng, Program Management lead for New York Life’s Center for Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (CDSAi) will address the above points and more.
