Abstract

This workshop will equip professionals with practical influence and coaching skills to lead Agile teams effectively without formal authority, strengthening collaboration, adaptability, and delivery outcomes.

Based on survey feedback from our last sessions (Inspect and Adapt) we will ensure that there is time for questions and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to formally end the presentation and discussion at 7:00 PM but Bob and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15 PM for any additional questions.

Speaker Anupama Kinatukara is an experienced Agile practitioner and coach with a strong background in project and program management. She specializes in applying coaching skills to Agile Project Management to help teams improve collaboration, adaptability, and delivery outcomes.

With a passion for people-centric leadership, Anupama works with leaders and teams to build trust, enable continuous improvement, and successfully navigate change. She brings a practical, coaching-driven perspective to Agile that aligns delivery excellence with sustainable team performance.
