Abstract
This workshop will equip professionals with practical influence and coaching skills to lead Agile teams effectively without formal authority, strengthening collaboration, adaptability, and delivery outcomes.
Based on survey feedback from our last sessions (Inspect and
Adapt) we will ensure that there is time for questions
and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to
formally end the presentation and discussion at 7:00 PM but Bob
and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15 PM for any additional
questions.
